Hey just wanted to post up on my host Arvixe, his user
name is Arvand here in WHT. Can't believe it, its been almost a year already and all i can say is that my experience with Arvixe was(and still) great.

though i cant do a review on everything, i'll point out a couple of key reasons i choose a host.


Uptime: I get my uptime reports from siteuptime.com, though i cannot get a full copy of my years uptime report it still says uptime is 100% since 12/1/2003 and before that it was around 98-99% (he was doing upgrades, extra 512 stick of ram). I can be your proof that you wont ever have to worry about your site going down.

Support: Through IM - always online. if their not around, i can leave them a short msg and the IM will page support. They assisted me until my problem was solved and most of the time they do it for me instantly.
Through e-mail - fast quick and through responses just how i want it to be. Their e-mail is just too damn complete that i dont have to email them about the same problem. Response times are usually within 30 mins.
I deleted my public_html once, he fixed it instantly when i talked to him on yahoo lol

Prices: Excellent prices for their more-than-enough packages. Go and compare yourself, with the support and uptime, you really can't go wrong with them.

I started out really small, i ordered 50mb but Arvand gave me 100mb instead (really cool), then moved to mid level package, and now im on a custom package. They even gave me a reseller account for a package they noramlly do only shared, i mean damn thats awesome. They are professional and really caters to what you need. And finally my last comment, this guy is a security freak. There is always an upgrade newsletter in my e-mails about php, kernel upgrades, apache alot alot more other things. If there is something going on with the server he'll let you know though his regular newsletters, at least once a month.
